Scout's Café started with a simple idea: a place where the smell of baking bread feels like coming home. We set up our oven on Moorefield Road and invited Springfield to pull up a chair.

Everything we bake — the sourdough, the croissants, the seasonal pies — is made from scratch each morning. We source local ingredients when we can, and we measure twice because we care about what ends up on your plate.
